Our Services
At Nepal Maid Agency, we offer flexible domestic staffing solutions tailored to your needs. Our services are based on hourly shifts, providing you with the convenience of choosing the hours that best fit your schedule. We operate on a 6-day workweek, allowing one day off for our maids.
Working Hours:
- Minimum: 8 hours per day
- Maximum: 12 hours per day
- Typical working hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m In summer Season
- Working hours: 7:00 Am to 6:00 Pm in Winter season
Monthly Salary Structure for Household Chores (Except Laundry, etc.):
- 8 hours/day: ₹15,000
- 9 hours/day: ₹16,000
- 10 hours/day: ₹17,000
- 11 hours/day: ₹18,000
- 12 hours/day: ₹20,000

Terms and Conditions
- The first party agrees to pay the second party a total service charge of Rs.10,000/-. An initial payment of Rs.2,000/- is required at the time of booking. The remaining Rs.8,000/- is payable after a 7-day trial period, upon signing an agreement for one year of service.
- The maid that the First Party provides will perform only the tasks and duties agreed upon between the Second Parties. Any request for overtime work must be agreed upon with the maid directly. Overtime is not compulsory and must be discussed before any extended hours.
- The First party will provide a trained maid within 4 to 12 working days. The maid will undergo a 7-day trial period, during which the second party can evaluate her performance.
- The second party is responsible for paying the agreed salary to the maid at the end of each month. The first month’s salary must be paid directly to the first party after that directly to the maid. The salary is agreed between the first and second party and is not based on government wage rates.
- The first party will not charge any additional fees for replacing a worker during the contracted period. Replacements will be provided if the maid goes on leave.
- The second party should give at least 7 days’ notice if a replacement is required.
- The second party agrees to provide the maid with 10 days of paid leave per year(1 day Teej, 5 days Dashain, 3 days Tihar, 1 day Holi) exclusive of her weekly day off.
- Second party agrees to provide the maid with a bonus after completing one full year of service. The 100% bonus of the salary is to be paid in addition to the maid’s regular salary and should be given at the end of the maid’s 12-month service period.
- Second party must provide the maid with meals appropriate to the time of day, including lunch, snacks, or dinner. The second party is expected to treat the maid with respect and dignity. Any form of abuse or violence will result in legal action being taken by the first Party.
- The service charge paid by the second party is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The second party may choose to renew the agreement at the end of the service period. Renewal is optional and not compulsory.
- The second party should keep the maid’s documents and details for safety purposes. The first party is not liable for any theft or loss caused by the maid but will assist in the investigation if such incidents occur.
- The first party will provide insurance coverage for the maid during her working hours, ensuring protection in case of accidents or injuries while on duty.
- The salary is not government-based, it’s agreed upon between the maid, the second party, and the first party(All conditions are not based on government and is agreed between First, Second Party and the worker)
